After receiving a positive response to your proposal from the EU, you will move into the Grant Agreement Preparation (GAP) Phase. During this phase, the final contractual arrangements are made. Depending on the specifics of your project, additional agreements may be needed, such as:

• Declaration of Honour,
• Consortium Agreement,
• Non-Disclosure Agreement,
• Supplementary Agreement (for ERC grants).

 

The EUP team will guide you through the process, ensuring the involvement of all relevant stakeholders at DESY, including the Legal Department, ITT, and Export Control if applicable.

As soon as you enter the GAP Phase, we  assign you a dedicated contact person to support you throughout the process.
